Description

On June 28,1995, Lt Col. Vladimir Radojcic, Commander of the Illdza Brigade, ordered a 300kg, improvised rocket to be fired at the Bosnian Government TV Station in Bosniac controlled Sarajevo. The station was built just prior to the 1984 Winter Olympics and helped broadcast those games to the world. In 1995 the building was home to BiH TV (the government station) as well as the international press corps, assembled to cover the Bosnian conflict from the capital city. CNN Had their office across the hall from the Sarajevo Agency Pool (SAP).
